A new Arts and Health Network has been launched for New South Wales in Australia. The network's mission is to showcase and advocate for the use of creative arts in health and healthcare contexts, and to provide resources that can support the arts health sector in NSW and the rest of Australia.

The network was launched with an event on 21 October at Sydney University, including presentations from the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance's north west champion, Clive Parkinson, and Australian artist Vic McEwan, and leading Aboriginal health researchers Akeshia Dart and Dr Nicole Reilly.
